Ingredients
Makes 1 cocktail
- 3 cl BLANCHE Cloud & Clet
- 1.5 cl apricot liqueur
- 2 cl lime juice
- 1 cl vanilla syrup
- 2 dashes peach bitters (or orange blossom water)
- Ice cubes
Garnish: Thin slice of dried apricot
Method
- Shake all the ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a chilled martini or vintage glass.
- Garnish with a thin slice of dried apricot.
