Data controller
VINIFERA SAS, Aux Coutons, 965 route de Larrazieu, 32240 Mauléon-d’Armagnac, France — contact: contact@cloudclet.com.
Data collected
The website only collects data when you use the contact form: first name, last name, email address, subject and message; company and country if you choose to provide them. There are no accounts, no payments and no audience measurement on this website.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to reply to your enquiry (question about the spirit, trade or press enquiry). The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and, for trade enquiries, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Recipients and processors
Messages are read by the Cloud & Clet / Vinifera team. A copy is kept in the website’s administration area, hosted by IONOS (European Union), and the message is sent to the Cloud & Clet mailbox, hosted by Google Workspace. Google may process data outside the European Union under appropriate safeguards (EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Retention
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and at most three years after the last exchange. To prevent abuse, the server keeps an irreversible fingerprint of the sender’s IP address for one hour.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@cloudclet.com or to the registered office. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr (opens in a new tab)).
Security
The website is served over HTTPS only. The form is protected against automated submissions and only asks for the data needed to reply.
Cookies
The website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. See the Cookies page.
