Ingredients
Makes 1 cocktail
- 5 cl BLANCHE Cloud & Clet
- 2 cl triple sec
- 2.5 cl lime juice
- Ice cubes
- Fine salt (optional)
Garnish: Lime wheel; half salted rim
Method
- Moisten half of the rim of the glass and dip it in salt.
- Shake the Blanche, triple sec and lime juice with ice.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
