Basilique Smash
Basil, peach and blood orange meet the aromatic freshness of Blanche.

Ingredients
Makes 1 cocktail
- 5 cl BLANCHE Cloud & Clet
- 1 cl blood orange syrup
- 1 cl crème de pêche (peach liqueur)
- 2 cl lemon juice
- A few fresh basil leaves
- Ice and crushed ice
Method
- Very lightly muddle the basil in a shaker.
- Add the other ingredients and ice, then shake.
- Fine-strain into an old fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.
- Finish with a basil leaf.
