Ingredients
Makes 1 cocktail
- 5 cl BLANCHE Cloud & Clet
- 4 cl pink grapefruit juice
- 1.5 cl lime juice
- 1 cl agave syrup
- 6 cl sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Garnish: Pink grapefruit wedge; fine salt on part of the rim (optional)
Method
- In a highball glass filled with ice, pour the Blanche, grapefruit, lime and agave.
- Stir, then top up with sparkling water.
