Ingredients
Makes 1 cocktail
- 4 cl BLANCHE Cloud & Clet
- 2 cl fresh lime juice
- 1.5 cl syrup of your choice: cane (classic), agave (fresh), cherry (fruity) or peach (sunny)
- Plenty of ice cubes
- Optional: a splash of tonic
Method
- Pour the Blanche, lime juice and your chosen syrup into a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake, then strain into a chilled coupe.
- For a longer drink, top up with a splash of tonic.
