Pêche Gasconne

Ingredients
Makes 1 cocktail
- 4 cl BLANCHE Cloud & Clet
- 2 cl vine peach liqueur (crème de pêche de vigne)
- Sparkling water or floral tonic, to top up
- A few drops lemon juice
- Ice cubes
Garnish: Fresh peach slice or a sprig of lemon thyme
Method
- Fill a wine glass or long drink glass with ice.
- Pour in the Blanche and the vine peach liqueur, then a few drops of lemon.
- Top up with sparkling water or floral tonic, stir gently and garnish.
