Ingredients
Makes 1 cocktail
- 3.5 cl BLANCHE Cloud & Clet
- 1.5 cl lemon juice
- 1 cl sugar syrup
- 6 cl well-chilled dry sparkling wine
- Ice for the shaker
Garnish: Long lemon twist
Method
- Shake the Blanche, lemon juice and syrup with ice.
- Strain into a chilled flute.
- Gently top up with the dry sparkling wine.
